Dependable volunteers are the key to an excellent event. Volunteers receive a staff T-Shirt and meal for contributing their time to the race. Schools, organizations, or youth groups in need of community service please follow the link below to inquire about volunteering. We will always have something that needs to be done!
Opportunities are available in the following areas:
Friday: Event Set-Up & Registration packet prep
Parking 6:00-8:00 AM (2 people needed)
Registration & Start Line 6:30-8:00 AM (4 people needed)
Food Station 2:00 - 6pm (2 people)
On Course Support / Monument (4 people needed)
Kids Race 12 noon: (2-4 people needed)
Bell Ringers: (All day as many people as possible!)
Sunday:Venue and Race Course Clean Up
Based on Registration prizes will be awarded to the top two or three competitors/teams in each category (subject to change).

Please note: A substantial portion of race proceeds are given to local non-profit Greater Portland NEMBA. They in turn, use those funds to maintain and develop mountain bike trails. We do our best to create innovative prizes each year without comprimising the donation that contributes to the maintenance of this fantastic network of singletrack.
